REFUND / CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY*

I have read, understand and agree to the refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy.

You will be responsible for cancellation fees for the slot you reserved. Do not register for course dates if you cannot guarantee that you will attend. Cowtown Range, LLC dba GPS Defense Sniper School (“GPS”) reserves the right to reschedule students if the class attendance doesn’t meet a minimum 45% capacity (this reschedule will not count towards the student’s ONE TIME rescheduling policy noted below). If cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to a scheduled course, a full refund will be made. If cancellation is made between 15 days and 30 days prior to a scheduled course, 75% of the course fee will be refunded. If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to a scheduled course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. There are NO refunds for no-shows (please remember that if you don’t show up, you are preventing another student from receiving training). You may reschedule a course ONE TIME only, however, following a reschedule there are no refunds in the event you cancel or no-show. Additionally, all courses must be attended within twelve (12) months of the original purchase date or else your course credit will expire. It is permissible to apply your course credit to a different GPS Defense/Cowtown Range courses in the event you elect to exercise your one-time right to reschedule. GPS is not responsible for any student expenses stemming from the cancelation of a course, including, but not limited to, lodging, car rental and/or air travel.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT*

I have read, understand and agree to the waiver of liability, release, hold harmless, and indemnification agreement.

I, the undersigned, wish to engage in firearms shooting at Cowtown Range and GPS Defense Sniper School, located at 10402 West Old Carefree HWY Peoria, AZ 85383.

I understand that engaging in these activities may be hazardous, with accompanying risks of personal injury, death, and/or loss or damage to my property. In consideration of my participation in such shooting activities, I, on my own behalf and that of my heirs, successors, representatives, administrators and assigns, hereby:

Waive and completely release any and all, past, present or future claims, causes of action, suits, rights, damages, costs, expenses or obligations or demands of any kind whatsoever, I, or anyone on my behalf might have against Westward Ho Adventures, LLC, Cowtown Range, LLC and GPS Defense Sniper School, their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries or successors and their respective officers, directors, servants, employees, agents, representatives and contractors (Collectively, “OWNER”), for any loss, damage, personal injury, death and/or loss or damage to my property resulting from my participation in such shooting activities;

Agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OWNER, from any and all claims by any person, firm, corporation or others, for any damages, loss or claims, of any nature, arising in any way out of my participation in such shooting activities, and

Assume all risks associated with such activities and all responsibility for medical expenses, costs and/or other obligations and other losses or injuries to me or in which I may become involved, by reason of my participation in such activities at the aforementioned facility or event.

MY COMMITMENT TO SAFE GUN HANDLING AND SAFETY RULES

Anyone who uses a firearm has a responsibility to themselves and others to use the firearm safely. I acknowledge that I am familiar
with the basic rules of firearm safety and that those basic rules have been explained to me. I agree to follow all of the basic rules of
firearm safety at all times during my use and handling of any firearms. The safe use of firearms dictates that I understand and agree to follow all of these instructions:

I WILL TREAT EVERY FIREARM AS IF IT WERE LOADED.
I WILL ALWAYS KEEP THE FIREARM POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION
I WILL NOT PLACE MY FINGER ON THE TRIGGER OR IN THE TRIGGER GUARD UNTIL I AM READY TO SHOOT
I WILL ALWAYS KEEP MY FIREARM ON SAFE UNTIL READY TO SHOOT
I WILL ALWAYS BE AWARE OF MY TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND/AROUND IT
I WILL ALWAYS WEAR APPROPRIATE EYE AND EAR PROTECTION
I WILL ALWAYS BE IN POSITIVE CONTROL OF MY FIREARM.

I understand these basic rules of firearms safety and I agree to follow them at all times. Additionally, I understand that any violations to the above safety rules may result in my removal from shooting and/or training with no refund. I further certify that I am over eighteen [18] years of age and have read and understand this Waiver of Liability, Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement and have executed this instrument voluntarily on this dated, and that I am a legal United States Citizen or resident alien, and am not a prohibited possessor of firearms.

I also agree to allow Owner and GPS Defense Sniper School and their vendors/associates to use photos or videos of me for marketing and promotional purposes, without any identifying information.*

BACKGROUND & CERTIFICATION*

I have read, understand and agree to the background and certification agreement.

GPS Defense Sniper School and Cowtown Range courses will be available only to those persons who are legally able to own and possess a firearm. Applicants must be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws concerning the handling and ownership of firearms. Applicants must lawfully possess (and provide a copy of) a valid government issued photo ID. All applicants must provide a copy of their Concealed Weapons Permit and all foreign nationals must provide proof of U.S. State Department clearance.

-I am NOT currently under indictment for a felony arrest.
-I have NOT been convicted of a felony offense.
-I am NOT an unlawful user of, or addicted to, any controlled substances.
